Limits

Fees

Identity verification
Above a certain threshold, identity verification is required (ID document, phone number), as required by Swiss anti-money-laundering rules. Up to CHF 999 per month you can buy without an ID document; above this threshold the machine asks for verification.
Compliance
The crypto service is separate from the store's AI and software business: it is offered by, and the responsibility of, TIBC Sàrl, Erlenstrasse 32, 2555 Brügg (CHE-217.023.312), including identity verification and anti-money-laundering rules. The AI Lab hosts the machine in the store.
Security
Always check the wallet address before confirming: blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Nobody from the store will ever ask for your private keys.
