The Swiss context
Data protection under the nFADP (and GDPR for EU customers), high expectations of reliability and discretion, multilingual companies. We design for this: explicit consent, minimal data, a log of every model call, no use of data for training.
What we build
Conversational agents (voice, WhatsApp, email, chat) with deterministic rules, process automations integrated into existing systems, internal-knowledge assistants with sources, multi-tenant AI platforms.
How we estimate
Every benefit is an estimate with written assumptions, recomputed on real data after the first phase. We don't promise percentages before seeing the processes: it's written in the store's public roadmap too.
Providers and independence
We use the language models best suited to the task behind an interface that allows switching provider. The data is on our server in the United Kingdom (adequate protection from a Swiss point of view); we evaluate hosting in Switzerland case by case, and the providers are listed in the privacy notice.
